Leadership for the Bench Level Scientist

Service Description

Bench-level scientists often view workplace challenges through a different lens than their leaders, much like seeing a 6 or a 9 depending on perspective. This workshop helps participants understand how leaders think, why they make certain decisions, and how followers can bridge the gap between individual needs and organizational goals. By exploring leadership concepts from the follower’s viewpoint, attendees gain insights that strengthen collaboration, enhance followership, and prepare emerging professionals for future leadership roles.
